Terms of Service
The agreement that governs your use of Learnax.

1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and [Legal entity name](“Learnax”). By accessing or using Learnax, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Learnax on behalf of an institution, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for keeping credentials secure. Institutions are responsible for the accounts they provision for their students, teachers and staff.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Learnax for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful or harmful.
- Misuse AI features to generate abusive, deceptive or infringing content.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Learnax a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you load.
5. AI-generated content
Learnax uses AI to generate explanations, questions and feedback. While we ground responses in curriculum and cite sources, AI output may contain errors and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional or academic judgement.
6. Fees
Access to paid plans is subject to the fees agreed in your order or quote. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes. Details are provided during onboarding.
7. Intellectual property
Learnax, including its software, mascots, designs and content (excluding your uploaded content), is owned by Learnax and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Learnax is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited as set out in your order or, if none, to the amount paid in the preceding twelve months. 9. Termination
You may stop using Learnax at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.
10. Governing law and contact
